Extraordinary Taxi Ride – Vote for cabbie
Terms and Conditions

  1. Submitting a vote is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families may not vote.
  3. Voting commences on Sunday, 7 February 2010 at 12:30pm (WST) and concludes on Thursday, 11 March 2010 at 23:59 (WST).
  4. To vote for their favourite taxi driver, voters must visit www.extraordinarytaxiride.com, and use the instructions provided.  The taxi driver with the most votes at the end of the period is deemed the winner subject to endorsement of the Promoter. The winner will be announced on Friday the 12 March 2010.
  5. Only one vote may be cast for one driver every 24 hours. Votes must be received by the 11 March 2010 at 23:59 (WST). The time of entry will in each case be the time the online vote is received by the Promoter's database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the vote of any voter who tampers with the voting process, who submits a vote that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in voting which is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the competition and/or Promoter.
  7. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependant on the voter's individual Internet Service Provider.
  8. The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result.
  9. The Promoter may cancel the competition at any time without giving reasons.
  10. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information in relation to any taxi driver or the competition generally.
  11. "Anchor Hosting", on behalf of the Promoter, is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition. The entrant's personal information may be disclosed to Anchor Hosting for this purpose. If you are not willing for this to occur you cannot participate in the Promotion.”
